The Maiden Rock Inn’s Bugdahl Hall hosts monthly cheese events in the Driftless region of Wisconsin, one hour from the Twin Cities. Betsy and Julien, from Alsace, France, bring together European and Wisconsin dairy traditions to treat your palate. RACLETTE 101
Raclette is a traditional French and Swiss specialty that involves scraping melted cheese onto potatoes. Served with charcuterie, salads and cornichons. The Raclette 101 event includes the raclette meal, wine or beer and dessert.
